I suddenly needed a VAN and contacted Aloha Auto Car Rentals. They found the car model I wanted and took care of the procedure right away. It seems that baby seats are also available in limited quantities. We support both Japanese and English, and communication via email is speedy. Reservations are faster if you have a credit card. I requested to pick it up at Kakaako, and the rental and return process was smooth and safe. The location is near the old Fisher Hawaii. I will use it again! thank you very much.
