SIMS Hawaii

We used Sims to convert our entire medical records for over 7000 patients to digital. We were very happy working with Simmi as she was flexible and allowed us to scan at our own pace. The quality of the scans was extremely high. Thanks to Sims we were able to free up an entire wall in the office that used to be filled with patient charts. I highly recommend Sims!

I worked with Simmi at SIMS Hawaii recently to scan approximately 2,500 images of personal documents we wanted to archive, ranging from tattered old letters to photos of various sizes to house deeds and other personal information. Simmi had great communication, had the project done overnight, and her costs were extremely reasonable. The scans were all high quality and well organized on the thumb drive she handed off. I would highly recommend SIMS Hawaii for any of your scanning needs.

I worked with Simmi for a few years. I'm the in-house IT guy for the company I work for. We have been using Dokmee for some years and we needed to upgrade to a current version of Dokmee since we upgraded our servers and other equipment recently. Simmi helped us through those past years, offering customer support, advise and being a reliable contact should we have any issues. Simmi and SIMS Hawaii helped us recently with upgrading Dokmee, which required the migration of data from the old equipment to new. I want to commend her, and SIMS Hawaii, for providing us with friendly, thorough and responsive service. Without their assistance, it wouldn't have gone so smoothly. It's clear that it is important to her that our business is able to function with Dokmee, and it shows by her responsiveness, professionalism and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend Dokmee for anyone looking for a document management program, and would most definitely recommend Simmi and SIMS Hawaii to assist with implementing it. They know what they're doing, and personally, I appreciate the level of confidence I am given in ensuring Dokmee functions as it should, by having Simmi and SIMS Hawaii a phone call or email away :) fantastic!

I worked with Simmi McClellan of SIMS on our project to create an archival quality digital copy of a journal of women and zen, which was created on mimeograph over a ten year period in the 1980s. Simmi was exceptionally client focused, flexible and professional. We were very pleased with the quality of the final products and with her professionalism throughout the process. SIMS also provided us with a very reasonable rate for the services provided.
