Island Transformations

Island Transformations was a lifesaver! I remodeled my apartment that was designed in 1963 and very much lived in. The bathtub and stall were in terrible condition and the countertops needed an upgrade without changing the aesthetics of the design. I was not disappointed! They worked a miracle on the tub and tile and gave the countertops a beautiful new finish. Scheduling was easy, team was professional, and work was completed within estimated time. They did a great job reglazing my bath tubs. I did have to keep calling to get things set up. Once the tubs where finished, the next day I saw something wrong so I called. They said they would be out that day which was Thursday at 530pm I received text message They weren't coming they be out the next day ok around 5pm got a message They would be out Saturday around lunch. Lunch time came and went. Called several times finally came at 545pm Saturday. Time management is not what this company does. I run a business and had to have it closed because I was told that they would be out and never showed. I was not happy with the excuses I was given in text stating the owner work's 15 hour days. Ok I need him for 5 mins. I was also sent a incorrect invoice with a much lower amount than what I paid so had to get that corrected. Things of mine I let them use I never saw again. Had to ask where my shower heads where and had to buy a new flip switch for filling up tub because the other one disappeared.

From prepping, to sealing off to protect surrounding areas and to the finish Tom, Brian and Jr. did a great job. They take pride in their work and genuinely want you to be happy upon completion. They come in with a mission, they do not leave a mess behind and I was left with two tubs/tub surrounds that look refreshingly new and a 3 year warrantythat means confidence in their workmanship and product. Tried to get an estimate for grout sealing for over two weeks. Included sending pictures and multiple text threads that did not lead to an answer. Finally found another number on yelp, called the owner and said he would be coming by to take a look but didnt follow up. If youre too busy please be up front and dont waste peoples time.
