Mr.Berger was very thorough with all the things I needed to do. He is patient and kind and very caring not like a stuffy shirt lawyer but a Compassionate lawyer. I asked if I could write a review and he said yes. If you need help use Mr Berger you will never regret it. He is a good passionate Lawyer.

I retained Mr Berger to assist me with financial difficulties I was facing. We determined that filing chapter 7 was my best route.I had spoken with other attorney s in Honolulu and decided to work with Martin. It was a step by step process and took longer then I expected but nothing legal moves fast. His fee structure was fair, he gave me time to pay him, and we got to the finish line pretty much pain free.I highly recommend Martin to help if your feeling trapped financially and uncertainty. I m now debt free and have a chance to reset. Thank you Martin.
