Our 2007 Honda Ridgeline was leaking water into the cab. Pacific Auto personnel repaired the rust that had developed at the top of the damaged windshield and installed a new one. Though the rust was more widespread than the inspection indicated, they still completed the repairs within the original quote. We especially appreciated the Aloha of the office staff. This is the second time Pacific Auto has worked on our Ridgeline, and we would not hesitate to use them again. In summary, we have found Pacific Auto to be an excellent choice for our auto/body shop repairs. They have a very professional staff capable of comprehensive repairs. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The worse and most unprofessional body shop ever. He was told something he didnt like and he went off and started harassing because of it. He then proceeded to use personal information and phone numbers to continue the harassment. I would think more than twice when considering using this body shop. After reading multiple reviews this seems to be common and that the owner has something going on.
