We were having a big hybrid event where it would be people attending in person as well as those on Zoom. I was in charge of making sure that we could get those on Zoom to be able to see and hear what was going at the actual event. When speaking to Scott the owner and let me add expert in audio and visual aka A/V, he asked me what exactly we wanted to achieve. He was very thorough with his questions and suggested different solutions. They had everything from uplighting that could change colors, to backlit big projector screens to a camera system you could control as well as have preset angles just with a press of a button. We ran into a problem with one of our laptops and had to swap it out. (next time we will spend the little extra and use his computers as it is worth not having the headache and the stress). Scott and his crew were very efficient knowledgeable and safety conscious as they taped down all the wires that may have been a trip hazard. If you are looking for a A/V company to do your event, look no further as these guys are top notch!
