I don't usually give anyone 5 stars however I have to make an exception. Friendly staff, on time, professional service! This is the way businesses should be run. Alfredo was awesome! Arrived on time as scheduled and provided excellent and professional service. Quickly diagnosed the problem on our LG stacked washer and had it fixed within an hour.  Highly recommend this company and would call them again if the need came up. Pricing was surprisingly good and also got a Kupuna discount too.

Wish I could give zero stars.  Just paid $78 for 2min of work.  What a fuckin rip off.  Then the tech tells me he only make $10 off this call.  Fuck this owner and his dumb rules.  For the tech to show up and sliver bad news telling me cheaper to buy a new fridge is bad enough.  That's already several hundred bucks.  Then they gonna nickel and dime a customer they just shit on?  Gimme a fuckin break.  Give customers a fuckin break.  This is such bad business that when next thing breaks in my house I'm not calling this piece of shit company.  May have got $78 outta me now but lost hundreds of dollars of future business not to mention my reference if someone else asks about them.  Fuck you budget appliance repair.  Eat a dick.

We call on this company to repair our washing machine, our dryer, our refrigerator, our stove.  It's amazing how the technicians are knowledgeable regardless of what brand the appliances are.   Very courteous & professional.
