This is a really well run company which is rare here in Hawaii. The tech, Russell they sent to repair my fridge was really good! Super knowledgeable and prompt. Can't say enough about this company, just top notch all the way.

Yes, call Alan!If this is Alan who has been working on Sub Zero's for a long time, I highly recommend. He came to our home and serviced our Sub Zero 10 years ago. I called him again last week, not sure if he was the right guy, and he not only remembered our appliance, he remembered our family and the issues' we'd had with the Sub Zero. This time listened to my problem, and told me over the phone how to fix it. He talked me through step by step, didn't charge, and told me to call back anytime. This man is golden and cares deeply. Highly recommend you call Alan if you have a sub Zero.

Alan was as informative and helpfull as ever. My Sub Zero is a little old but Appliance Services keeps it in good shape.

HIGHLY recommended!!My SUB-ZERO freezer was acting up and not cooling as it should. After finding Appliance Service Center on the Sub-Zero site and checking reviews on Yelp, I gave them a call. I got Alan on the line and he started right away with some simple diagnostics. He told me to remove the grill and panel to expose the compressor and fan. He wanted to know if the fan was working and if it the fan was a newer model. I did this and waited two hours to see if the freezer temperature came down any  (it was at 30 degrees). It didn't.I called Appliance Service Center and got a very efficient lady who took down that the fan was working fine, but the freezer as no longer getting cold. Alan called shortly thereafter and told me it was likely a faulty relay on the compressor. He had told me earlier that he couldn't come till the next day, but he called again around 2 pm same day and said he could do it - which he did. Made quick work of it too and at a very reasonable price.

You know I always give a shout out for good work! The Appliance Service Center on Oahu is the best! They fixed and literally replaced every conceivable circuit board in my SubZero Fridge and it is working like a charm! They even called and confirmed if this model had outstanding service recall items and was able to get this all done on warranty! WOW that was three hours of labor and god only knows how many components he had to replace plus adding a heater element to melt ice. Who knew! Kudos to a great job!
