        We had a terrific summer, lived there for 3 months. It was immaculately clean when we moved in. Our floor was quiet and everything was in good working order. The manager Martha was extremely responsive. The location was incredibly convenient and the price was extremely reasonable relative to other short term rentals. All in all a great experience.

        Ive been a tenant for this place for over a year. No glam or glitz but it gets the job done and its conveniently located. However, dont expect to get any help from the office at all, the only helpful person is the landlady. The number of times I have called and emailed but have been blatantly ignored is ridiculous at this point. Apparently this office likes to get rid of their tenants by making up lies instead of actually communicating with all parties. Gladly leaving next month.
