        Nani Vermillion violated our leasing agreement and committed illegal activities. Please note this is a corporate company that doesn't support local businesses. This company only supports greed, land monopoly, and everything that is against Hawaii culture. We have received many complaints from Big Island Home and Land tenants and employees complaining about the unethical behaviors of management. Please talk to the local community to get honest feedback about this greedy land-monopolizing company. Big Island Home and Land is a newer version of the Captain Cook mentality.
