        Pasta chicken bacon tomato white sauce. The store is clean and simple. The team is adorable and the portion really large for the price. Super tasty, highly recommended! Mahalo

        Fresh pasta made in Hilo. Semolina flour and water. Vegan. Take it home fresh or dried by the pound. Delicious bowls of pasta with sauce available on Fridays and Saturdays.

        We had a grand time speaking with the owner about pasta and the associated fun sauces. A reasonable and fresh and local alternative to buying some dry, brittle fare from the grocery store. Would recommend :-) A fantastic feature would be the pasta bar where you may bring your own container to fill with fresh pasta. A fantastic solution to the extra packaging associated with buying from a store.
