The staff was very efficient, but their fax machine would never receive documents that were critical for my TDI; I tried from multiple professional locations, including my PCPs office. My injury healed on time, but the state of the art treatment left me otherwise injured and undergoing physical therapy to treat this secondary injury; for twice as long and probably longer than it took for the original injury to heal. I should have stuck with my PCPs popsicle stick splint :P

Everyone here was very kind and attentive even though they heard my whole life story of bone ailments. Very professional! I definitely recommend them.

Dont go here. Ask for another referral! Best advice I can give anyone is to not waste their time with this orthopedic nightmare of an office. If you need forms for temporary disability filled out; dont expect it done in a timely manner. Dropped off one paper, 2 weeks have gone by and its still not fully signed or filled out. Dr. Hawke acts like hes too busy to hear you over his own condescending tone. The service is bare minimum. Looking at having a deformity for the rest of my life since Dr. didnt want to do surgery when needed. Now, Id have to get a new referral and go to a Dr. whod have to start the process again meanwhile not working. This place is a joke. Then on top of not billing my insurance correctly so Im getting thousands of dollars worth of bills. I laugh, because its so pathetic.

4 hour round trip and I was seen by a PA and he had the worst bedside manor ever. What really did it was how he handled me and acted as if I had no reason to be there and don't need surgery right now. Why would I want to wait any longer in life If I cant stand or walk for any period of time?
