This is an excellent hotel! The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect right a cross the street from a beautiful park with a swimming area connected to the ocean. We saw a sea turtle right after check in! I made a mistake booking the our room and the staff were kind enough to accommodate a change. The whole landscape of the hotel has a very zen feel for and excellent stay in Hilo. Overall we highly recommend this hotel anyone traveling to the island!

Nicely refurbished since SCP took over and now installing solar electric.
Rooms very nicely upgraded and central courtyard and pool very well done. Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 More
