Horrible. Had an appointment for 10am and waited over an hour to be seen. Waiting room has no ac, no windows you can open and a cheap little fan circulating stale hot air. New patient paperwork is NOT online, so you have to fill it out in person. I am going to find a new dentist.

Believe all these 1 Star reviews. Im sure theyd be 0s if they could and fully expect this place to pack up and disappear overnight in a u-haul. The kicker for me is that, as far as I can tell, theyre taking x-rays in an effectively open room. I got 10 but at least I had the lead sheet on. The sole precaution was the person stepping out of the cubicle and announcing X-Ray each time. If youve ever worked here or been a frequent patient/visitor better get those cancer screenings going!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Mah and his team have been giving the runaround with my grandma for over a year now. My grandma had to extract all her teeth, so shes been waiting a very long time for her dentures. This has affected her quality of life significantly, as not only can she not eat solid foods but she cant even go out with her friends because shes so self conscious. To make matters worse, she lost her husband/my grandpa a couple years ago. She is still hurting, and the fact shes having to deal with all this is so incredibly sad. Shes also near the end of her life realistically speaking, so she should not have to be dealing with all of this. She should be enjoying the time she has left. She and my dad have both called numerous times to try to get them to explain why its taking so long and to try to get them to expedite considering how long its been, but they either dont answer, dont return calls, or if they do answer they just straight up dont care. To top it off, the office has cancelled my grandmas appointments numerous times due to dr being in honolulu. No call was ever made to inform of appointment cancellation. Dr. Mah is a terrible dentist and I would never recommend them to anyone. The only reason my grandma continues to wait for him is because they already took her money and they wont give refunds. But they have yet to show the product that she purchased from him long ago. Its starting to feel like he is a thief, scamming old people for their money. Disgusting. I hope he gets her dentures ready soon. He owes her at least that for the money shes paid him and the inconvenience hes caused. Never go to Dr. Mah. He is a terrible dentist and truly does not belong in the medical field. He obviously does not care for his patients, its all about the money for him.

Ran up an $18,000 bill with their dental lab and never paid. Cases sat for months before being delivered to patients due to non payment of lab bills.

I dont recommend this dental place receptionist not good they dont take calls they dont remind you if your appoiment and they out of the office before there regular time they put in there hours. I keep calling them to make appoinment they dont answer,so I have to go to the office to male appoiment but people sitting outside said you just missed them and its still 4pm& the hours of operation is until 5pm. So i told myself thats it! They dont even remind you of your incoming appoinment
