I can not say enough about how excellent Pacific Pro Tech is, they are so honest, professional and absolutely fast. I really thought my computer had a virus when it would not boot up. The tech. told me it took him a half an hour to get the diagnostic done. I am too embarrassed to say I waited to take my computer in because I expected it to either be unfixable or would be too expensive to fix. I am happy to say that it took a short time to fix and it is ready to be picked up. Yahoo!!! And the best thing is it cost just $29.00 to fix!! Stoked!!!

The first time I went a couple of years ago they were great! Today though tried to take in a laptop to repair. Got told to wait outside in the sidewalk in the hot sun until they were finished with another customer. After standing for almost 10 minutes we left. I am a senior citizen and can't stand forever outside! Going elsewhere.
