This was our opposing lawyer.  She had her client lie in court and even lied herself.  We reported her to the hawaii state bar association. She settled and agreed to a confidential dosposition. So if anyone else has had problems with her, or think she has done something that was not allowed by law, don't hesitate to report her.  It took 14 months to finally get a resolution but it's worth it.  She could have made us lose our children by lying, not someone who should be a lawyer.

I chose Kathleen because she answered her phone, four before her did not. It was divorce time. I was terrified and needed a professional. Kathleen listened to my story and assured me how simple divorce can be dont worry, well get you divorced . It was in her hands. Did not bat an eye at her fee, she knows what she needs, lots of support! Her team cohesive , efficient and professional. All their focus was on me. The most gratifying experience of my life.
