Jonathan and Jace are very professional and courteous they get their work completed fast and efficiently. The split AC units were installed very professionally inside and outside, their clean up was excellent. I would highly recommend Big Island AC for all insulations and maintenance that is needed. We have known of Big Island AC Service LLC for about ten years now. They installed the split system for our first house. When the pump went out after ten years, they serviced the system and it operates like new. When we changed houses, we knew who to call for outstanding service and full installation. They contracted the electrician, set the date, and the installation was completed in less than a day. Great, small, personable company. I highly recommend! Services: A/C system repair, Install AC

My a/c unit was under warranty, but I had the hardest time finding a company that would do the repair. Not even the a/c company that installed my unit would do the repair!! After 5 months of trying to find a company to do my repair, I came in contact with these people. They were very professional, sweet, kind, informative, and on top of things. I greatly appreciate them being so willing to help me after all the other companies that had turned me away. They came right away and got my a/c unit parts ordered that day and soon after, the parts arrived and they were back and did an amazing job fixing it.They took their time doing a great job and even took steps to prevent the issue from happening again!! They are also reasonably priced. They will always be my go-to-guys from now on!! Service: A/C system repair
