Laie Vanilla Company

We had the privilege of taking a tour of the Laie Vanilla Company vanilla farm with the owner, Saili Levi. It was interesting to learn all about vanilla and how Saili started the farm with one vanilla plant. You can tell that Saili cares not only about creating a quality product, but he also cares about the community. Definitely recommend Laie Vanilla!

Thoroughly enjoyed the Hawaiian Vanilla Farm tour with Saili. He was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. We were able to see all stages of growth and hear his blessed story of how Laie Vanilla Company came into being. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to know more about growing vanilla orchids.

I use a lot of different varieties of vanilla beans in our barrel aged stouts and these have become some of my favorite. The hard work and dedication LVC puts into their plants and beans truly shows! I will definitely be ordering more!

Thank you for sharing so much knowledge about vanilla Orchards. It is fascinating to see how they grow, the timing to get the pollination completed and the process after picking what the steps are to make good quality vanilla. Hands down the best vanilla I have ever used! I bake weekly and my treats always include Laie Vanilla! The flavor is perfect and it gets better over time as the extract has vanilla beans in the jar. Highly recommend!
