There may be too many realtors, but I would say there may not be enough truly good realtors. Anne is one of the good ones. Shes smart, honest, well educated on market history and projections, and she will go out of her way to help however she can. As first time buyers in Kauai, we were a little nervous about our purchase, and it took awhile to finally get comfortable with a decision. Anne was patient and understandinganswering all our questions and concerns. Ive seen Anne go above and beyond for her clients, including us. In a last minute cleaning emergency we had to get our place ready for 1st VR guests, Anne grabbed a vacuum and got to work. Great experience working with Anne. Thank you, Anne!

Anne has great knowledge of the market and rentals all over the island, as well as vacation rental rules & regulations. We felt very confident buying from her.
