image I have a 20 yr old pressure washer that I got for a steal 50 dollars, it had a bad pump and the engine smoked very badly while running. I replaced the pump and carb, and it still smoked and did not run well. I thought the piston rings were worn out because of the smoke, and therefore it needed a rebuild. I took it to these expecting a complete rebuild, but they looked it over and found the jets in my carb were way too big, they tuned the carb and the governor it now runs aweso.e!! No smoke. And it only 180 dollars for everything they did. These guys are great over the phone too.

image I have seen the other reviews and have found nothing but the opposite! This establishment provides a very calm, smooth environment! Service is outstanding, quality has always been top notch for our family in all our repairs and we have never been over charged!! Were in Hawaii, we are at the mercy of shipping and receiving. Patience here is expected and if it's not to your liking, the Mainland is all yours!!

image Went in late on a Saturday and was pleasantly greeted by "honey-boy". He gives me a ticket, asks what the issue is and tells me he'll call me Tuesday.
Wednesday morning at about 930, I remembered they didn't call. So I call them and again, am greeted by the very apologetic honey-boy. He places the phone down and comes back a minute layer stating that mine is next on the "chopping block".
The next day, on my way home from work, I figured I'd stop by and check on the status. "Bruddah" approaches me, "sup?" (or something similar).
"I was just checking on the status of my mower". He takes my ticket and searches high and low.
"Not pau yet."
"Oh, I was told yesterday morning that mine was next on the 'chopping block'"
"Get planny guys ahead of you..."
No biggie...I leave. NO JOKE, 12 MINUTES LATER, I get a voice-mail from that very pleasant honey-boy stating my mower is done.
Saturday morning, I go to get my mower and am greeted by bruddah - way more pleasantly than our first encounter. I hand him my ticket and he immediately finds my mower. He goes to start it - nothing. Pull, pull, pull, choke, pull, pull, pull, release choke, pull, pull, pull...nothing. 27 pulls later, he tells me must be cold start. He pulls again and it starts - letting it run. I'm thinking, thats what I brought it in for. No start/hard start.
I asked, "what did you do"
"We rebuilt the carb, replaced the plug and installed a new air filter."
"Oh, a brand new filter is at home. I left the assembly loose to make it a little simpler for you guys. No big deal, leave it."
I pay my $163 and off I go a little upset that he was okay with the way things went.
The next day, I go to mow my lawn. 20 minutes later, I gave up. So I removed the air filter and poured a tsp of fuel in the carb-the same way I started it before. Of course, it started and I mowed my lawn. Once finished, I had to figure out why it had such a hard time starting. I remove the carb/gas tank assembly then separated the tank from the carb. The pick-up tube had so much build up, that barely any fuel was making its way through. Then I separated the carb from the manifold and noticed that the fuel vein had dirt/debris. Once I cleaned everything, I reassembled, primed once and pulled once and it started. Turned it off and repeated several times. It started one time, every time.
$163 lesson with free plug and unnecessary air filter.
