Just got 2 beautiful eyeglasses and 1 sunglasses. There were just som much options but Sheena-Maria helped me narrow down my choices and was very honest about what frames suited me and which not.

Great customer service from their sales associate, named Ross! He was extremely helpful in recommending frames based on my face shape, eye placement within the frames, metal vs. plastic, adjustable nose piece vs. none, the weight of the frame, the size of the lenses if getting transition lenses, etc. In the end, he helped me to narrow my choices down and I walked away a very satisfied customer! He was professional, courteous, patient, and easy to talk to. I wish all businesses would provide this type of invaluable customer service!

The staff was friendly and very helpful and was able to answer every question I had. Largest selection of frames I've seen in my area. I also had my eye examination done, and it was very easy and quick, with what looked to me like state-of-the-art equipment! No more of those eye-drops solution that causes your vision to be sensitive to light after. The doc even showed me pictures of the inside of my eyes and explained what we were looking at, and what he was looking for.

I came into the store today hoping to get my glasses fixed. The lens on my glasses kept falling off. Ross approached me and asked if I needed help. I explained the condition of my glasses. He said give me ten minutes and proceeded to repair the glasses. I had my glasses back in ten minutes. The customer service was impeccable and Ross is a rock star!

Sheena-Marie was great in helping my husband pick the perfect pair of glasses. Our experience at other optical retailers has been quite poor so far as the glasses my husband has received at two retailers have the fishbowl effect, and this after the normal adjustment period of a few weeks. Based on her recommendations we were able to pick a Oakley pair with Transitions that we hope will fit his needs, and should be picking it up in a few weeks. You can tell based on our conversation with that she had a much more in-depth knowledge of what we need, and to provide the best pair of glasses possible. At the end of the day, my husband is the one who needs to live his life seeing through those glasses, so if its worse than it needs to be it just makes using your eyesight so much more difficult.
