image Avoid this place if at all possible. Both the customer service and pet care was abysmal. Unfortunately, I had to board my dogs here after receiving notice of the death of a family member and needing to fly out within 24 hours. The staff approved my dogs vaccination status the day prior to drop off, but gave me conflicting information at drop off and had me sign a waiver for an annual vaccine despite the fact that it was still current. The next day I was asked to pay an additional fee for medication distribution and endured a series of three phone calls with various staff and management where I repeatedly had to explain that the multivitamin chew I had prepackaged with their meals was not prescription medication. Two days later I received two videos of my dogs who had been injured and were actively bleeding. The wounds on their noses had gotten progressively worse from day to day in the videos. Due to their business hours being restricted to 10am-2pm, we had to pay for an additional night as our return flight arrived later in the afternoon. The staff made no attempt to assist us in picking up the dogs outside of that 4-hour window. When I arrived for pick-up no one was able to explain how the dogs got injured, nor did they make any attempt to rectify the issue. We were given no information on how the dogs did while in their care, if they ate, pottied or drank properly. Anytime we were on the facility grounds other boarded dogs barked continuously and aggressively at us and no attempt was made by the staff to make it a hospitable environment for owners or pets. My dogs returned home exhausted, bleeding, dehydrated and hungry. Please avoid risking your pets health and safety here.

image Great place and people, my 100lb fur baby had a great experience. Standard kennel is perfect size with a nice private room partition at the rear. The kennel had an open section in the front that took up 80% of the kennel. The back 20% is a little room that has the fence covered to make it dark and comfortable. They have elevated outdoor rated beds and large stainless steel water bowls. Make sure your food container has a rubber seal, don't ignore this requirement. Great price and environment for you family member.

image Very friendly service, but seems a bit overpriced for fairly austere outdoor kennel runs. There were no beds for pets, just concrete floors. We brought mats for our pets. The Large Runs are decent sized and have a smaller privacy area for the dogs. Dogs have ok shade, but definitely can be very hot - especially for families with pets that spend most of times indoors. Staff is only on site for a few hours each day as well, and means pets are left unattended in kennels. They do let the dogs out to run in bigger area between kennels which is good. The location is also fairly hidden, behind a bunch of maintained/ grown over kennels owned/operated by the Hawaii State Animal Quarantine site.
