I recently purchased a new bed from Kyle Shiroma at slumberworld and I was extremely impressed with the customer service provided. Kyle was knowledgeable about the different types of beds available and took the time to explain the benefits of each one. He also listened to my needs and preferences and helped me find the perfect bed for my budget and sleeping preferences.
I appreciated that Kyle was not pushy and did not try to upsell me on more expensive options. He provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision and were patient with all of my questions. Overall, I had a great experience purchasing a bed from Kyle and would highly recommend Him to anyone in the market for a new bed.

Kyle is a great salesperson, knowledgeable about his product. He made it so easy for us to decide which mattress fits us. He sold us the Smartlife Lotus and looking forward to enjoying the comfort it will bring us!

My wife and I were very comfortable and happy with Kyle Shiromas service so much so that we decided not to shop at other places. We purchased our two beds and accessories from Slumber World. Kyle was very patient with us and he was vey knowledgeable with the products.
