My money was short change back, I had turned my car around to tell the cashier, and he did not give me the right change back. Not good. Always make sure the money is correct when given to customers. It was very slow that day.

The chicken is hard like a stone even the bone inside is black . We can tell that all of the 12 pcs we had in the bucket were fried and refried more than 3x

The manager working on New Years Eve evening shift deserves extreme credit - he has excellent customer service! He addressed a minor order discrepancy with extreme professionalism and put the customer first. Of course the food is great too - hot, fresh, and delicious. But I really appreciate the managers dedication to service. I wish I had gotten his name but mahalo!

We had a coupon and honestly, it's been around 30 years since I've been to a KFC. But we were in the mood for fried chicken and figured let's try it out! We pulled up to the drive-through, said we had a coupon, and the person said to pull up to drive through window to see if the coupon would work. He looked at it (8 piece chicken dinner) and said it would work and we asked for all dark meat original, with mashed potato, coleslaw, gravy, and biscuit sides. We paid, he quickly got our food, gave it to us, and we drove off! Easy peasy! When we got home, we were pleasantly surprised. The chicken was fresh, hot, and tasty. Sides were decent and arranged well. Overall, the experience was outstanding! Super easy and fast dinner, tasty, and a good price. We don't eat fried chicken too often, but nice to know KFC is close by and not a bad option! I give it 5 stars because with KFC, you know what you're going for and it delivered on our expectations.
