        Few times I've been here, Teller Jennifer is unpleasant and can be rude. She's also the slowest among the tellers and doesn't care if you wait long. Can't even focus on simple, basic instruction. A senior title isn't deserving if customer service skill sucks!!

        The worst place to be for banking here in the Pearlridge branch. No greetings or even someone to check on us if we need something. We left and no turning back
