        Very spacious units! Facility is cleaned on a regular basis! On-site customer service is available during the week from 8:00-4:30! There are strict move out rules so pay attention to your storage agreement upon rental. Overall, very easy process and a transparent company thats willing to help their customers!! Highly recommend!!

        This storage unit is garbage; the service is inexistent. Do not use this facility. Called to get help with the door code and they don't pick up, unless it is during their "business hours". How do you expect people to get help if you won't answer the phone at all hours. Fix yourself keep it storage, or your business will go under..

      Thank you for taking the time to review Keep It Storage. Keep It is a relatively new facility and we pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our facility. Perhaps you didn’t notice the office to the right of the facility that is open during the day with amazing staff to assist with any inquiries. You are assigned an online account upon renting a unit that holds all your information, including your personal door access code an all other pertinent information regarding your unit and is available 24/7 as well as access to your unit 24/7. We’re sorry you were dissatisfied with the availability of the Easy Storage agents but they do not have a 24 hour customer service phone line. I think you’ll find most do not. Thank you again for your feedback.
