Premier Mountain Rentals

We never even made it because they called us 3 days before check in and told us that they just found out that the place was in not rentable!!! It took us three days before they would answer any of our calls. My husband finally called the main VRBO Offie in Austin and they were no help either. Long story short we went online and between my daughter, my husband and myself we found a place on our own. All Premier Mountain did was cancel. Needless to say it is costing us more. We have rented with VRBO Before and we have never ever had this kind of experience. Also there are 5 couples so trying to get a hold of everyone at the last min was not fun! A couple of them already left because they had other plans before hand. My wish for everyone out there is that I hope that no one ever has to go thru this kind of situation.

If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. This is the first-ever negative review I have ever written for a company before and it saddens me to write it for an organization in my hometown. This company is not responsive (at all), inconsiderate, and not professional to say the least. The quality customer service we received is non-existent (literally). I booked a cabin with Premier Mountain Rentals for a girls' trip, as I was bringing some girlfriends from Florida to show them the beautiful mountain scenery and charm. Unfortunately, two of us caught Covid, the other 3 girls were exposed and had not tested negative yet so we could not make the trip. Since we are still planning on going, just at later date, I reached out to Premier Mountain Rentals for a credit/reschedule. Its been over a month and I have contacted them several times (phone and message), yet still no response. Yes, I understand it was a last-minute cancel but we still deserve a response and follow-up. It was not our intention to cancel late or at all, but it was out of our control at that point. We could have decided to be irresponsible and put other's health at risk by still going and infecting the house but we didn't out of respect. If you are planning on booking with Premier Mountain Rentals, I would think twice about it. Especially if you are from out of town and not familiar with the area. There are much better rentals available. If you have also had a negative experience with this company, let me ask that the experience you faced does not taint the expectation of this charismatic town and the people in it. It is not the norm, and I can assure you of that first hand.

We had some communication difficulty due to poor cell phone service while enroute to the rental property, google maps was not helpful as we neared the location.Once we arrived, the property was more beautiful than described, a member of the team had responded to the rental and made sure that everything was perfect. There were several communications that came through that answered all of our questions. I cant be more appreciative of how friendly and helpful that everyone was. Turned out to be a perfect trip and cant wait to return. Thank you Premier Mountain Rentals.
