I've trusted Cherokee Tax with my taxes for three years now and they've been very supportive, helpful and responsive every time. When I ask question about my taxes and what to prepare, they are very patient and thorough in walking me through what I need and what is going on.
This year was goofy, but my fault, to where their emails they were sending were going to spam. Once we caught it, Kim and Christina went above and beyond to hurry through the process and helped me file on 4/14 in a matter of days. Shout out to those two gals for all they did and pushed through.

Cannot THANK Mark and his team enough for everything they have done for my family over the last 10 years! I should have written a review many years ago when Mark has saved me over and over on the fact that I can be careless with paperwork and not good at remembering things! Not only has he always done my taxes fast and gotten me the best return that he could, but he always answered my questions and been super professional. This year in particular, he got my taxes done so fast and my return within one week! I have no idea what magic he was able to do for me but it was so helpful! Highly recommended and will continue to use him for years to come! Thank you, Cherokee Tax Group!

Highly recommend using Cherokee Tax Group. I thought this years taxes would be complicated with all the changes due to COVID but they made it quick, simple, and easy. Very happy, great staff and COVID friendly. I'll be next year!

They prepared our companies taxes this yr. along with our personal taxes as well. 1st class company from start to finish and even took the xtra time to show us how to be better equipped and prepared in the future on maintaining better records to have a much smoother transition when filing our quarterly taxes. Highly Recommend and will Defintely refer you out to other small businesses that i network with on regular basis. Thanks for ALL your help....
