        From the moment I walked through the door. I knew we were not welcome. However, I had I large item to ship and Amazon packages to return. The woman did all she could to not have to ship my item while the other employee sat in his phone. After she stated I would not want it was too expensive, not her call to make, I said I would go somewhere else. I went for a service, and I was willing to pay. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to work.

        Third time I've been to this location in the past few months and they aren't open at 8:30am as advertised. It's 8:47am. Very frustrating as it's the closest one to my house otherwise I'd take my business to a different location.

        Arrived at 530, closes at 6, employee decided to shut down early and out a note on the door. Also stood inside watching customers try to get in.

        The worse ups store you could give your business to. the franchisees and the employees are very rude and have 0 customer service skills. They dont greet you, rude if you need their help and push you to use the self serve in chaos. Charge you fees that other location do not.
