Water Heater Central - Replacements & Repairs

Gil at Water Heater Central is nothing less than incredible. He is timely, honest, and does a great job. He has installed a sink for me, fixed toilets, fixed a pressure valve under my house, repaired my water heater, and performed a full repair on the pipe that goes from the street to my house. Highly recommend him and Water Heater Central as they are on time, communicative, and professional. Keep up the great work!

Ok wow! We had a major pipe burst in the evening that started to flood the basement. We called these guys the next morning and they were here right away. They made room for us! Not only were they so kind but sent out the most professional guy Gil. He explained everything to the T and showed us pictures to explain. He really saved the day!! Top notch we will always call them first!

Technician from Water Heater Central LLC attempted to commit insurance fraud by submitting a diagnosis to the home warranty company that was extremely misleading in nature. He stated to the company that he had visited my home and inspected our water heater, and that the water heater was completely in need of replacing. He did this without stepping foot on my property. I have included a screen shot of the text message where he explained his intentions to defraud the home warranty company. EDIT:****Despite what the business owner has responded below, I am not a competitor, I was a client that decided to go a different direction with my services. The response from the business owner goes to further the point I made before regarding professionalism and integrity.****

Referred from warranty company for service on non working jacuzzi tub in mid January. Diagnosed issue stating bad pump prior to removal of pump. Gil was interested in checking the water heater although service call wasn't related to the water heater. I was continuously asked to allow him to install a new water heater. I opted to focus on the current issue. Fast forward to March, Gil finally removed bad tub pump. Instead of ordering from the manufacturer he attempted to purchase from his supply house. Incorrect pump supposedly arrived. I confirmed availability with the manufacturer several times only to be told he would purchase from his contacts. Fast forward to mid April and no pump or working tub. I requested my old pump be returned ... Gil returned it with a note stating "Good Luck".To say the least this entire experience was to waste of time! I advised the warranty company to request any monies paid on behalf of this repair be returned to them, ordered the pump directly from the manufacturer (fraction of charge) and my husband installed it in less than 15 minutes. Happy to say my tub is working great!

Arrived timely, we discussed our problem with our water heater and he gave us choices, and repaired problem. Cleaned up after the service as if he was never there, I would definitely use water heater central again.
