        We just ordered pizza online. We were having issues with the website. I called the Woodstock Eagle Rd location and told him that we were having issues with the site. The guy I talked to said he would make sure the order was correct, and we went over it twice. My husband went to pick up the pizzas. When he got home, the order was wrong. I called Marcos to let them know, and the girl I talked to said she'd have to charge us for another pizza even though it was their fault. She told me they have some new young employees and blamed it on them. This is Terrible customer service. I know it's just pizza, but when you drive out of your way to get good food and it's not right, it piss's you off. Will be contacting corporate since this is not the first time that customer service was bad..
