        I had a beautiful experience with Jai for my first ever sound bath therapy session. The South bath room feels like a spa with candles and the sound of waterfalls in the background. For 30-60 minutes we used sound vibrations at targeted medians on my body to unlock energy, pain and trauma. I am looking forward to making this apart of my weekly healing regimen to make sure all positive energy is moving throughout my body.
