        A great local gym with a good variety of equipment. The owner is very friendly and takes good care of the gym. Its always clean, organized, and welcoming! Plus its open 24 hours which makes it great for any kind of schedule. Would absolutely recommend!

        This place is amazing, Marcus and Tracy both love there members. Been coming for a little over 6 years now, and sadly my fitness style has changed and been doing CrossFit and cant juggle r2 and CrossFit But Id recommend this gym to someone who is new and needs a good place to train

        Very old equipment. Seats are cracked and uncomfortable to use. Gym smells. No air circulation. Half of the equipment is for an additional charge for the phit club. Creepy owner.

Equipment is all current, well maintained and cleaned multiple times throughout the week. Multiple fans circulating air constantly, temp set cool for comfort, aromatherapy device on,and our HIIT program is especially designed for our platinum members to do any time of day 24/7. This along with being voted townelakes #1 fitness center for 6 years speaks to our members commitment to results and support. I’d encourage anyone to stop by, see for yourselves what and who we are.
