Wow...I wonder what part of this clinic is Urgent???? We got to see the doc after waiting for 2 hours and another 45 minutes to get x-rays done. Staff was courteous and polite, but if you need medical care urgently, I would NOT recommend this clinic.

What kind of Mickey Mouse business Piedmont runs at this place? Nurse Practitioner Safiah Vafaeian didn't even know what day of the week was. Took few minutes to check me in; didn't know how manage the printer, delay me to send me to LabCorp and told me: "You need to go now, they close at 5:00pm" Correction, they close at 4:30pm. When I came back to pick up my paperwork (again, she couldn't manage the printer), I told her what happen and nonchalantly she said: "Well, they all may be close by now, you may want to go tomorrow". When I pointed out tomorrow was Saturday, she acted all confused. "Then go on Monday" Disappointed at Piedmont. I understand they are trying to do the right thing and serve the community but this NP wouldn't even survive at Chick-fill-A with her poor customer service skills.

Eltarawy was pleasant and I have no complaints on the service at the time. Yet after receiving bill, I was charged 2 times for the influenza test, that was done once. As well as the upcharge to use insurance rather than out of pocket is unfortunate and as a result I will go elsewhere. My tip ... out of pocket prices might be cheaper than going though your insurance provider.

I was seen by Safiah Vafaeian, and I could not be more pleased. Of course due to the cercomstsnces, having to even visit a medical physician in the first place isnt great but she was outstanding. She made me feel comfortable and she was easy to talk to, I never felt like I was being judged or like I was being talked down to, just over all amazing bed-side-manner. She made me feel like I was truly being taken care of and like she truly cared about her patients. 10/10, I wish I told her all this myself she was so great!
