        Continuously calls even after Ive said not interested. When I asked to be taken off the call list she hung up on me mid sentence. Extremely rude, name was Capri

        Long time customer and switched out a vehicle, staff is subpar so left milage from old vehicle on policy which raised premiums. The staff had no idea how to fix and Lydia never contacted me to make it right. Sent all the documentation and still staff had no clue what to do,,, I eventually decide to go somewhere else as they clearly did not want to fix their mistakes.
