    **DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ** I wish I could have given this Agency a negative 100. This was the worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company. I had an awful experience with this Allstate Agency in August of this year. Tytus Nelson entered the Vin Number of my vehicle incorrectly in their system, did not upload my defensive driving certificate in the system, then the most agregious offense of all was them failing to upload my insurance information into the GA database. Because of their negligence the registration for my tag had been suspended. Imagine my surprise when i went up to the window to renew my tag ready to pay my $20, only to be told I don't have insurance according to their system. By the grace of the universe I never got pulled over by the police. On top of everything else I had to pay a $60 reinstatement fee to get my car registered. The office manager is trash and unprofessional. The girl who answers the phone is rude. They provided zero updates or solutions on the issues I brought to their attention. They don't answer the phone or return phone calls even after leaving multiple voicesmails. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU'LL PAY FOR IT LATER.

    Signed up with them but was never told I had to contact my current insurance company along with documentation to cancel... I ended up paying for double coverage for several months. This group along with Allstate is not well organized. I've stayed on with Amica, who i should never have thought to leave just to save a few hundred dollars a year. Allstate's fine print is pretty limiting as well. Do yourself a favor and when they call, tell them no thank you. edit: I would also like to add that i cancelled the Allstate policy but was still required to pay the $$ double coverage to Allstate. - A valuable lesson was learned and will happily cross Allstate off my list and my friends list forever.

When we looked into your situation further, we could see that we did send you the necessary documents to facilitate the termination of the policies. Your response was "too much hassle", our policy is to inform the customer of the steps that are necessary to terminate a policy, which we did via email and we believe also through a phone call.
