SEPHORA at Kohl's Woodstock

I drove to the Sephora in Kohl's on 92 and bought a cologne. To be clear, I'm not an expert on colognes. When I got home and opened it, I realized they had given me the wrong one.I had to endure over an hour of traffic for a round trip back to the store. The salesperson, Maddie, who was the main point of contact when I made the purchase, showed zero concern or acknowledgment of their mistake. There was no sympathy or empathy for the fact that their error wasted an hour and 20 minutes of my day. Regardless of the holiday season or how busy the store was, employees should provide customer service, especially when they mess up like this. I have serious doubts about Sephora's management being aware of this complete lack of customer service.In my book, this experience deserves nothing more than a one-star rating.

My mom and I came here today and the young blonde woman with hearing aids was so knowledgeable and kind. She really took time to help us find the best products for us and had fantastic recommendations. She even taught me some makeup tips I never knew. The other girl working helped us find the right perfume and was so great. Give these girls a raise.

Very rude from the second I walked in. Asked for help and they talked to me like I was stupid. Do NOT come here unless you want to feel like a piece of shi; if you DO want to be treated like a basic human being, go to Sephora at the Towne Center mall. They are extremely helpful and actually WANT to help you, very sweet and kind. Helped me find what I needed while telling me about the product, didnt even have to ask.
