Don "Fletcher" was absolutely great. From the first day to the last, we were kept informed of progress, pricing and potential updates / changes needed for our project. He and his crews were always professional, courteous and responsive to changes or things that needed further attention. Our project was not easy. It was a full kitchen and laundry space located in our basement that required special build outs and was completed on time despite occurring during the holidays. We are very happy with the quality, price, and efficiency with which Southern Dreambuilders made our vision become reality. We highly recommend SD and encourage anyone looking for a remodel to use them. We'll definitely use them again for any future projects.

We have chosen Southern Dreambuilders twice now for home remodel projects and we highly recommend Don Fletcher and his team! This project involved a complete remodel of master bathroom remodel and it turned out better than we could have imagined. We gave Don our vision, and a few weeks later our "very 90's" bathroom and closet space was transformed into something we can enjoy for many years to come. The cabinetry and quartz, trim, tile, and custom closet construction was just phenomenal!

We renovated our basement using Southern Dream Builders and are so pleased with the results. Fletcher and his team were the best. This was a complex project. Fletcher and his team jumped on it immediately and completed the project in a very timely fashion. Further Fletcher stayed well within the budget that he had set for us. Southern Dreambuilders was a very professional company. The communication was excellent, and they were timely with the work. I recently renovated my kitchen with them, and it looks fantastic. I am so happy with the work they did. Fletcher was very responsive with anything I needed, and one of the most important things for me was that they stuck with the budget initially quoted to me.
