i truly never leave bad reviews, but the woman greeting at the counter was just genuinely rude. after a whole exchange/return debacle, i was told to have the day i deserve to which i replied with the same and added thank you for being petty.

Very unpleasant experience here. There were two workers at the counter and no one greeted my sister and I. Furthermore, they spent the entire time we were shopping chatting about plans of going out Wednesday and the weather. It wouldve been nice to have some help on the floor to find items. Found several items I wanted to buy but decided to leave because of the lack of professionalism and friendliness.

I don't typically take the time to write bad reviews but when you ignore someone when they are asking a question to you directly you deserve to be called out. My niece had to get a different dress before her graduation ceremony because the one she originally bought did not fit well. She came back to the house upset because she was ignore and told they didn't have any white dresses, even though they were some in plain view through back door. Bad customer service needs to be corrected.
