        Weve used a few other shops around Towne Lake and have yet to walk away with a good experience. Alpha was referred to us by a friend and wow! I wish wed known to come here sooner! They diagnosed the issues in an hour or so and we picked it up the next day. It was ready in the morning. And the cost was beyond fair! I couldnt approve it fastest enough! LOL We highly recommend them and will be back! Thank you!

        They've always been great, but when I came in via wrecker service and were able to get me out same-day, they became my heroes! Adding to my last post... I went again today for a questionable "feeling" and a separate sound. They diagnosed the issue quickly (minor now but left unchecked could become a worse issue), found the sound source (again, minor) and had me fixed and back on the road super quick! They are the only ones I trust to help my over 285k-mile-van keep moving like a champ.

        The service was great. Even though I had an oil change and a new battery installed they were quick to get it done. This was my first visit and wont be my last. Thanks guys for doing an awesome job.
