        I wanted to use a small business instead of one the giants. I haven't liked firestone recently and Hennessy Honda is always a hit or a miss. I called to make an appt, for early april/ next month. My schedule gets packed and I like making sure things are planned. Man on the phone told me to call closer to the date, and then hung up. I called Hennessey, and got a apt in less than 5 for early April. I really wanted to go somewhere new. It unkind, and if I'm trusting someone with my car I'd like to know they are kind. I won't be calling back

        Chris has done all our automotive work on our new Lexus RX, my old Lexus RX (2008) as well as all our kids' cars and our Ford F-150 pickup. Fantastic mechanics. Very honest. No "extra sales hype"! Quality mechanics.
