        For us we don't like campsites that are on grass or dirt. Without gravel, everything turns to mud and is messy in and around the camper. The location is convenient, and there is a petting zoo and a nice pool. But the sites in the C loop didn't work well for us.

        We were looking for a place to stop between Florida and our home in South Carolina. Walkabout was perfect as it was easy to find right off 95. Everyone was pleasant when we checked in. Our site was somewhat muddy but there was a lot of rain the night before and the night we were there. We had a pull thru so it was easy to get in and out. We will stop again:)

        One night stay was adequate. Full hook up pull through. Site was level. Nice campground close to I95. Cost is reasonable. Pool, volleyball, pickleball, etc. Con: sites are really close; most sites are grass and can be soft/mushy after a rain.

      Thanks for the review. We try to keep our grounds as natural as possible. Sometimes the weather doesn’t want to cooperate with us. It’s been a little bit more wet this year than normal. Everyone knows us… we like to keep everything neat and in order. Maybe try our K section next time with the concrete pads. Safe travels.
