I called for an appt last week and they got us on the schedule right away. The lady on the phone told me $495 for our 1000 gallon tank. The service tech gets to our home and tells my wife that he needs to "discuss the rate". He then says that we need a new filter. He charged $155 for the filter for a total bill of $650. He then told my wife he "hooked her up" on the charge for the pumping out because he could've charged her more than the original agreed upon rate. Looks like he just put that extra in the filter as I found the exact same filter on line at various places for $24. Marked up a $24 filter to $150 and said he was "doing us a favor". The actual service they provided was good, however, we very much feel swindled and will probably go with someone else in the future.

The service provided was pumping our two septic tanks. Troy was exceptional. I spent a couple of days in discussion with him about the system. He was in constant contact with. This guy treats you like family. Absolutely love him and the work he performed. He also came on a Sunday and at no additional cost.

I called them on a Sunday morning and they came out immediately! Our septic had backed up everything in our house so we needed immediate help! And they were so friendly and me and my husband actually sat on the front porch chatting with them the whole time they worked. Such nice people and quick to do their job! Really appreciate this company and definitely would recommend!! Services: Drain cleaning, Outdoor plumbing system repair

I didnt get any work done from them but they gave me tons of information on what I needed to do to get my issues resolved. Great people! Will definitely use for future work.
