    I will honestly say that I have had the best experience with Jennifer Sims, and Sherry Blackburn, and their team that has gone through the trouble of dealing with my home loan! I can say they are by far the most personable, professional, and prompt team I have ever dealt with in any aspect of a service being provided. They were either on time, or before on time whether it was an email, a direct call, or a call back after a left message. They are all pleasant and willing to help answer any questions that you may have, and if they dont have an answer right away, they figure it out and let you know as soon as possible. Thank you Jennifer Sims and team! It means a lot! You guys are amazing!

    This has not been a pleasurable experience. Closing cost have risen significantly and cash to close and prepaids have increased from $34 to over $4,100 over the original estimate. We have been told we will call you back today to not hear back from anyone for several days. At first we where told we needed an appraisal then we where informed we had an appraisal waiver then less then 24 hours before our original closing date they call us back to inform us we now need to pay several thousand more dollars in closing cost and cash to close or we can not close or we could to pay $500 for an appraisal and closing will be delayed. Then this week on Sunday we get an email saying we are finally cleared to close for Wednesday so today (Monday) we call to find out the final figures only to be told we are NOT cleared to close. Needless to say will be taking our business elsewhere and hopefully to a place that has a better understanding of their business and procedures.
