        I am not a complainer at all, but some things are just wrong and need to be addressed. I took my zero turn and weedeater in on a Monday to be serviced. Both run perfectly and absolutely nothing wrong with either. I asked for oil change, air filter, check fluids etc on mower.... since I was dropping mower I asked just to quick check over weedeater. My problem is that I was charged $56 to change a spark plug on the weedeater that didn't need to be changed to to begin with. FIFTY-SIX DOLLARS for a spark plug I didn't need. Please tell me if I am wrong for feeling this way. A week for an oil change and over a hundred dollar charge. Lesson learned, I will service my own equipment from here on regardless of my schedule.

      I'm sorry you feel this way but this in not accurate. Looking at your invoice you received a oil change on your mower oil filter air filter plugs and grease unit. Also on you weedeater the check in sheet says check over weed eater and do what it needs. We did a compression test on the trimmer(that is our policy with any 2 stroke) and during the inspection the technician changed the spark plug and you were charged $4.19 for the plug. As per the invoice if you take a look we in fact didn't charge you for your oil oil filter or air filters. I apologize if you feel that you paid that price for a spark plug but that is not the case. Your total bill for the plug, labor and a complete service on a zero turn was $109.12. 3% extra if you paid with a card. Please feel free to call 706 551 5094 tommorow and ask for Joe.
