Only gave one star because I had to now let me say I dont have the best credit but I did have a pre approval from a lender and I stated to only run my credit through that lender and now I have several inquiries from different lenders that I did not authorize so therefor my score is dropped even worse by each inquiry I discussed with the sales person before I even submitted a credit app to only run through capital one because I didnt want multiple inquiries and Edgar agreed then my phone starts singing saying this company and that company has gotten a copy of ur credit when it should have only been one company but there is 3 to 5 inquiries and I cant get them removed which is causing my score to acrop even worse never again with this company

Edit Both purchases from dealership went smoothly but after trading in last purchase and contacting dealership about gap insurance refund no one will call us back or answer emails. Never had this problem when trading any other vehicle. Best car buying experience I've ever had. The team went above and beyond to get me financed and the most for my trade. Hakeem was very helpful and stayed in touch with me all through the process. Definitely found my go to dealership.

shouldn't say anything,I bought my Ram next door at the Ford dealer,thanks to WCDJR Mngmt. Cheating poor Andrew out of his commission. Owner should cover his loss.

Excellent service department. Professional, honest, friendly, and engaging. The service department workers at other dodge dealerships act as if they don't want to be bothered. However, the staff at Waynesboro Dosge make you wanna stick with dodge. When it's time to get another vehicle I'm totally gonna give them first dibs on my sale.
