        I asked Andy to see if I can get a lower policy which he got me one, which I appreciated it. He NEVER TOLD ME that he canceled the one I had and started another one. Therefore I was left with an extra bill for 176.81 Which I shouldve never had. Andy did not explain to me about the extra bill. Now its in collections. Im very pissed. At least Andy couldve given me heads up! He said hes sorry but nothing can be done. Yes it can, remove it or pay 1/2

      I hate hearing that you were left with an outstanding balance on a policy that remained active for several days after the payment was due. Thankfully Andy was able to find a policy for you that was almost $600 less in premium, which sounds a lot more than the $176.81 that is still owed. In this scenario, Andy listened to his customer voice her opinion that her bill was too high, and the due date was not conducive to when it could be paid. So he found a lower rate, with payment dates that were around the time that you needed it to be due. Again, you did have coverage on the old policy for 10 days after the payment was due. So you do owe a premium for that coverage, which is what the company is invoicing you for. We hope that you can understand, and wish you a Merry Christmas!
