Larry completed my inspection not only the day after my offer was accepted on my new house but he also had the report in my inbox the next day. He was amazing at keeping me up to date the whole way and called me to go over his inspection over the phone so there were no questions on my part. Larry went above and beyond and took 5 extra minutes out of his busy day to fix a problem that he found rather than just writing it in his report. I highly recommend Larry and this company. He really eased this first time home buyers mind!

Larry was recommended to us when it came time for our home inspection in Waycross. Boy did we luck out. I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone needing a home inspector. From our first conversation, Larry made me feel like I was talking to a best friend. During the inspection process he made sure we knew everything going on then made himself available to answer any questions we had. We tested him on that on more than one occasion.
