        Went to look at a home. It did need some updating. Ginger was the agent that showed the house, Tara was the listing agent. I have purchased 3 homes using the VA. Ginger brought up every little issue. She kept saying the VA would not approve the home. Granted she is an agent inside the listing agent's agency. I used another agent to represent my family. We made offers and counter offers. We accepted a counteroffer last night. The listing agent sat on it till "another offer" came in before the seller signed the papers. I have emails and texts saying otherwise. Buyer beware. Shady things are going on here.

      Lucas I am sorry that your experience wasn't what you think that it should have been. However, no shady dealings were going on the seller is a bank and all offers were submitted into their system timely, and they chose another offer which by law is their right. Again, we apologize for you not getting the home but this was not our decision!
