Chau is a good worker! She is extremely accommodating and willing to put in the work to make your nails look good.

The store was very clean and organized. I really enjoyed the setting. The employees were not friendly and I felt intimidated at the process of getting my nails done. This was the first time in a very long time. I winged the whole process by roughly guessing what I wanted, which turned out great Im the end. However, my nails were rushed. There were air bubbles in my acrylic. The nail sizes were off slightly. Also, the paint was not done carefully. My only complaint is the price of the nails compared to the actual job that was put in them. French tip acrylic nails with nude paint: 55$

Teasha rushed the job. If you didn't have the time, you should've agreed to do my nails. I had to get my nails done right the next day. Would not recommend lesson learned.

June 2021: Rudest people I've ever met and COMPLETLY incompetent. Got regular polish here. It wouldn't dry and I kept telling them something must be wrong. They kept checking and agreed it wasn't drying but wouldn't redo it. After spending an hour and a half waiting for it to dry they were closing and told me I had to leave. The manager said if I wanted nail polish that dries, I should've done gel. THEN I find out that they only take cash even though it wasn't posted anywhere. I told them my debit card is broken and the only possible way to pay is credit or venmo. They made me try my debit card in the ATM over and over until I cried. I repeatedly asked if I could venmo, they said no. Then made me try the ATM in the hair salon. Obviously didn't work because I know the issue is my card. Finally, a worker in the hair salon said I could venmo her and she could give me cash from her tips which is what we did. 1. This was over a $15 nail job! $15!!!!! 2. The entire nail salon staff watched me cry while they forced me to try to ATM over and over for around 20 minutes while they stood over my shoulder. 3. The whole time they could've just done what the woman in the hair salon did. 4. The manager insisted that it was my fault that it wouldn't dry because I didn't choose gel polish and made me sit there for 1.5 hours while I repeatedly asked them to do it again. 5. When I got back to the hotel (I was visiting) I had to go buy nail polish remover at CVS around 10pm and remove the polish because it STILL hadn't dried after 5 hours and it getting all over everything I touched.
